MLSC AGM

The Club AGM will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday 29th March 2026 on the Upper Deck.
A nomination form for Officers and Committee can be downloaded below. Additional forms will be available in the clubhouse.
Your Committee has recently co-opted members Julie Newton to the position of Club Treasurer, and Jacquie Venkatesh to the general committee however, these positions (as with all committee members) require your formal agreement at the AGM.
We are also in need of several important positions on the committee:
- Club Secretary
- Clubhouse Officer
- Social Secretary
- Marketing and Communications Officer
- Cruising Captain
- Safety Officer.
Please consider whether you feel that you could help in any of these positions.
Members owe much to those volunteers who give and have given their dedication and expertise to the essential wellbeing of our club. Maintaining a healthy succession policy is fundamental to our future, so we need to identify those who feel they have the potential to become a Commodore beyond our 100th birthday.
Please ensure that our Secretary, Janey receives your proposed and seconded nominations not less than seven days before the date of the AGM (hon.secretary.mlsc@gmail.com).
This early notification is to allow time to make your nominations; the formal notice and agenda will be sent out closer to the date of the AGM.
