Bob Taylor - Celebration of Life
Bob's ashes will be taken by boat to Osea on Sunday October 3rd, leaving Maldon at 9.15am. This boat can only carry a small group. However, other vessels are very welcome to join us there. This will be followed by a celebration of his life at the Maldon Little Ship Club from 12.00.
At the same time there will be the annual MLSC Conker Championship, now renamed the Bob Taylor Challenge. All friends and members who knew Bob are invited to the Club for what Jenny hopes will be a fitting memorial to a much-loved member of the Club and the Maldon community.
Refreshments will be served and, as Bob would want, it will be an informal occasion. People are very welcome to say a few words because, as we all know, there have been a few adventures along the way, particularly with Magic Dragon, Yolo and Amberley Flyer!
