MLSC Facilities Use Covid Policy
MALDON LITTLE SHIP CLUB AND USE OF ITS FACILITIES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID 19 ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES
Bookings are required to visit the Bar and can be made by contacting 01621 854 139 during bar opening times. A table for up to 4 people will be allocated for your use with table service.
Please wear a mask when entering the club and only remove when seated.
All other bookings for use of the club can be made by contacting Carole Tibballs at firstname.lastname@example.org or tel no. 01621 841063.
To respect social distancing the Club has a set of table layouts for different uses, i.e. Bar, Training, Meetings, Functions and Talks. Hirers will be given the relevant plan for them to arrange the furniture as necessary and replace as they found it before they leave. Copies of these plans are on the rear wall of the Upper Deck.
Please note the galley, tea/coffee making facilities and the club cups and saucers are not available for meetings or training. You are welcome to bring your own.
Whilst every care has been taken to minimise risk, we ask members/visitors to be considerate and take personal responsibility as well.
Please do not enter the Club if you have any symptoms that could indicate Covid 19.
On entering, please sanitise your hands and register your name Post Code and house number/name and your telephone number on the Covid 19 registration form. A QR Code poster is also available for use. Hirers using the Upper Deck please take the registration form from the bar entrance table and return there when completed.
Follow the one-way systems as marked. For the bar enter at the main door and exit by the side door. For Upper Deck meetings etc use the side door to enter and exit. One person at a time through a door and on the stairs.
One female and one male toilet in use at a time with a socially distanced route for waiting.
A staff member will sanitise the area after use with a deep clean of the club performed once a week. All booked events will be charged £15 to cover this cost.
