Day
Skipper - Shore Based
Suitable for the beginner, no previous knowledge required. The course
is based on the new RYA syllabus and teaches basic seamanship,
navigation - including electronic navigation and meteorology and is
applicable to both motor boats and sailing craft.

Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster (Off Shore)
Shore Based. Some basic knowledge, preferably Day Skipper, is required
for this course which teaches navigation and seamanship to a standard
required to take a boat on coastal passages. Electronic navigation is
included.

Yachtmaster
(Ocean) - Shore Based, requires
experience and preferably Yachtmaster (Off Shore). Features
astro-navigation, passage planning, boat management and world wide
meteorology. This is a course for the more experienced sailor seeking
the knowledge to undertake longer passages.
